New poster - I genuinely feel for those at MC still but I have to ask…. Why are you still there? Rebels, Stars heck even Next Level is a better option at this point. Why are you doing this to yourself? Those teams will take you so go!!!
Rebels (and Renegades for that matter) is heading in the same direction. Really too bad that MoCo has no legit team that's competitive. Girls have to go to VA or Baltimore for top level lacrosse and MCE and Rebels have completely dropped the ball. The fact than neither of these clubs can field complete teams at each age level is an embarrassment.
Disagree on Rebels. While they don’t have teams at every age group and definitely dropped the ball for a few years, they are rebuilding through their rec program. 27s are likely next best in the area after both Captial teams.
Oh stop. Rebels isn't building anything. MH focusing on the 33s for obvious reasons and every other team will continue to be a s-show. 27s are fine, but can't compete with any true A team. Pretty sure their only NGLL win was against MCE. Any club that can't field a team at an age group or has combo age groups heading in the wrong direction. Again, the only option for anyone in MoCo is to move to a VA club to line yourself up for Capital, or hit one of the HoCo/Baltimore area clubs. Not to mention no recent success with recruiting. And don't get me started on the complete money grab that "Maryland Select" is. MH is in the business of cashing checks.
Sounds more like you have a personal issue. Probably should see someone for that.
