It's all about momentum. You want your kid to end up at a school that will continue paying off 10, 20 years down the road. UVA is only going up, and based on potential it's the best school in the South. I'm not saying it's the best school everywhere, just the South, which I think is more than reasonable. The extremely loyal alumni base helps kids get top jobs and opportunities anywhere in the country, not just the South. It's law and business schools are also by far the best in the South. Not sure what there is to discuss here.[/quote]
