Many states make it VERY difficult. For example, the DMV for a county may not be in a population center and not be transit accessible. So if you live in a city, you need to get a ride from someone to the DMV to get the ID. What if you don't know anyone who has a car or can give you a ride? Should your ability to be able to vote depend on that?[/quote]
