Inflation memes so far from the administration: -It's not real. -It's real but temporary. -It's Krogers fault (for having 2% profit margins) #ElizabethWarren #AOC -High gas prices are no big deal, just buy a brand new electric car Sometimes, when you try to spin something you just come away looking even worse for the attempt.
We do not have a centrally controlled economy. By definition it cannot be the fault of our president since he doesn’t control any part of our financial system.
Fiscal policy plays a tremendous role in affect macro inflation. Try again.
Which is under the purview of congress, not the president. When all anyone talks about is Biden then it’s obvious they are just looking to score cheap political points.
Does or does not the president sign the spending bill? Try again. Who was it that spear headed an unneeded trillion+ dollar stimulus package as soon as he was in office? Give me a break. You Democrats control Congress and the Presidency. You're the ones who injected over a trillion in stimulus that wasn't needed into the economy. You're in office while inflation is spiraling out of control. Keep trying to spin those wheels. Voters aren't fooled. Dems are going to get absolutely crushed in 2022 and 2024 over rising prices. It is out of control. Unfortunately for the Democrats, they're the party in power right now while it is happening.
That was November. Now everyone can find a job. https://www.cnbc.com/2022/02/01/there-were-4point6-million-more-job-openings-than-unemployed-workers-in-december.html As far as energy prices go, COVID-19 caused them to surge all over the world. https://theconversation.com/energy-prices-how-covid-helped-them-to-surge-and-why-they-wont-go-down-any-time-soon-175679
The US has the worst inflation in the developed world: https://tradingeconomics.com/country-list/inflation-rate I love the excuse Democrats try to use that 'inflation is happening everywhere in the world'. Not it is not. Inflation is very tame in Japan and China. US inflation is a full 2% worse than the Euro zone. It is directly a result of the massive fiscal stimulus spending and too much juice from monetary policy. Biden should have never injected all that stimulus into the economy to win the GA elections. He won Congress for a measly 2 years with that stimulus, got nothing accomplished during that time the Dems had free reign, and now the consequences of out of control inflation are much worse. What a policy disaster of epic proportions. Keep trying to deflect and spin the inflation issue. No one is fooled. Dems are going to taken to pound town over the issue come mid-terms and in 2024.
