This is an awful comparison. I’m a teacher indifferent towards the mandate but every single person In that room got tested today prior to the SOTU. If schools are willing to test students daily, I imagine a lot of parents (so rude and mysoginsistic to call these ppl “mask moms”) would be more amenable to removing masks in school.

Biden speaking at the SOTU (no mask required) while speaking about mask removal in schools was very telling.

Teachers are welcome to wear KN95 mask, face shield etc..., your personal comfort level is not "science" so individual "amenability to removing masks in schools" is irrelevant.

You said it all when you replied "I’ll "literally do as I’m told at this point". We need more teachers to speak up about removing masks and use their voice in support of the kids. Teachers had no problem speaking up about "virtual school".[/quote]
