They are the ones responsible for procuring the contractors and providing day to day management for the construction and maintenance.[/quote] I totally agree, but by inviting a 'bridge to nowhere/big dig' project into the heart of our community, WE, our ANC and ultimately Mary Cheh need to apply to pressure to them. She has been in office long enough to know how these things go, every time.[/quote]
