Yes, it is the perfect spot for a pool. She listened to her constituents who wanted an outdoor pool in the Ward. She got the money for it. At that point, her job was supposed to be done. DGS and the corresponding agencies - DPR and the Mayor's office are where the failure has occurred. Let's hold them accountable.[/quote]
