I live in one of these houses and kept the original wood and layout and often wonder what I should have done..... It may have added that much value. If they popped up the top to add the two bedrooms, that costs a ton and adds a lot of value. I think it'll go for asking. The way these currently are, the top floor is barely 6 ft tall and have steep stairs to get there. [/quote]
