If they were more affordable, they'd probably get more applicants.  We would apply.  There really aren't any other schools that are larger schools, not religious and co-ed.  All things important to us.  And, if they push sports, that is good for us as we have a child in team sports but not a sport at Bullis so they might be a bit more flexible.

Every school has unhappy families.  Even the Big 3 have unhappy families.  Some schools threaten families not to talk and those schools concern me far more than schools where the issues are discussed.  There is no real best school for everyone.  The best school is the good fit for your child and most importantly where your child is happy.   Not all kids can be top students and that's ok.  All kids deserve a school that is best for them.  Reality is from the Big 3, not that many go on to Ivy's and the more competition is not always a good thing.[/quote]
