So even if she had a claim  which three levels of courts have rejected - how exactly was she damaged by Sidwell’s alleged conduct?  That but for Sidwell she would have been admitted to Harvard or Yale twice?!  :lol:  :mrgreen:  :lol: [/quote]

All I can say is I am happy she has been successful at Penn. Had she gone to a lesser school with the corrected transcript, I would feel differently. She earned it. I imagine having lost a year could weigh on an individual. There are just too many parts of this case that do not seem proper in terms of Sidwell's conduct.[/quote]
