I think you're the one who misses the irony: after the Democrats elected a black man with a Muslim name, conservative apoplexy fixated on a wild Rube Goldberg that projected foreignness on Obama. After an orange-haired game show host humiliated the Democrats putative Queen, someone who had been projected for nearly a quarter century to be a shoe-in as President, MSM sources and professional Democrats insisted on their own Rube Goldberg about "Russia ate my homework". In both cases, birtherism and "Russia ate my homework", perpetual war and economic dislocation as the source of electoral tremors were wholly ignored if favor of wild, multiple step conspiracies.

Now? You mean in January of 2017 when they released a super-vague and sloppy report? Yes, they certainly were. Remember when the intelligence community said they were WMDs in Iraq? Then they were with the GOP.

Even Bob Woodward, a nice MSM journo if there ever was one, says he sees no evidence. The "Russia ate my homework" story is a red herring so pissed off Democratic voters don't get that their leaders let them down.

Also, remember when someone asked Jeff about Russians  and Russian bots posting and said there were many more posts complaining about Russians than anything like a swell of Russian posters. Good times![/quote]
