Great players work outside of practice to become better. It also helps if they are in the right environment, it's not one size fits all and what's good for one kid is not good for another. But, not every coach is good teacher, not every coach emphasizes personal development, and not every club is looking to provide a consistent growth path for its players. Caveat Emptor![/quote] While I agree with you, it’s easier said than done in regards to Caveat Emptor. It’s not easy to determine if the environment and coach is a good fit through a tryout, looking up the coach’s license, or even attending 1-2 practices. Any hint you can share would be very beneficial. [/quote]
