It would be very easy to cross Kirkwood with a guard. But many of those walkers are also complaining because they then have to walk up either a longish flight of stairs or a steep one block hill.  It’s ridiculous.[/quote]

Arlingtonians are so silly.  I just walked up and down the stairs and they are not bad at all.  Larlas need to get out of their sheltered life.  People will figure it out or go around.  If the burden is high we can provide 'courtesy' busing.[/quote]
