I think it’s reasonable to admit they lack actual courage and integrity and therefore they should amend Policy 8130 to provide that redistricting should only occur when a school is severely overcrowded, accurately measured.

It is not courageous to leave a policy in place that says decisions will be based on criteria that are then largely ignored or inconsistently applied.  [/quote]
