Simonyan is off her meds again. She thinks that Americans will be running to Russia to become citizens to sign these loyalty agreements?

Not sure if Simonyan realized it or not, but she admitted Russia has a demographic crisis on national TV?  Meanwhile Putin has a more pragmatic solution to the birthrate issue.

Regardless, Russia is preparing to send younger-and-younger children into the military.  This song sung to Russian Middle Schoolers gives you an idea how screwed up the Russian concept of religion and military service are. Ivan Stepanovych Mazepa was a Ukrainian military, political, and civic leader said to have a role in the murder, rape, assault, mutilation and dispossession of tens of thousands of Jews during the  Russian Civil War between 1917 and 1921.
Symon Vasylyovych Petliura (1879 - 1926) was a Ukrainian politician and journalist. He was the Supreme Commander of the Ukrainian People's Army and led the Ukrainian People's Republic during the Ukrainian War of Independence, a part of the wider Russian Civil War.
Ukrainians in the north and west largely see Bandera as a hero, or as a martyred liberation fighter, while Ukrainians in the south and east condemn him as a fascist or Nazi collaborator (leading "Banderites" responsible for massacres of Polish and Jewish civilians during World War II).  Technically, he was never a Ukranian citizen.  Bandera was assassinated by the KGB using cyanide gas in 1959.
