Even more common is asking guests not to take any photos themselves during the ceremony or even the wedding (which is partially so the bride/groom can choose the photos to be shared, but also to minimize the appearance of people’s cell phones in the professional photos—I think that’s smart! It looks tacky to have a bunch of phones out, or worse/up in the air, during special moments)… As a Dallas-area Texan, I’ve also attended more casual usually outdoor/barn-party weddings where the actual listed wedding attire was some form of “Cowtown Glam” or “Country Chic”—if that was the goal here, she looks spot-on.[/quote]
