Yep, Russian soldiers are legitimate military targets regardless of whether they are at a concert, sleeping, or actually fighting.  That’s war.  Don’t like it, then don’t attack your neighbors.[/quote]

You misunderstood the point. HIMARS, like Storm Shadows, are a long-range strategic weapon of which Ukraine has limited amounts. Ukraine using them in what is essentially terror attacks while getting rolled in places like Avdeevka, seems like a major military mistake. Its the behavior of a country losing and lashing out, rather than one attempting to actually win. Its the V2 phase of the war. [/quote]

Why would Ukraine use long-range strategic weapons in a battle where they are within artillery and mortar range of the Russians?  Seems like Ukraine is doing just fine in Adviika.  Russians have been taking steep losses and gained almost nothing.[/quote]
