You are correct. Clubs have an idea of who they want BEFORE the tryout. More than likely, they have been in contact with the coach before hand an even attended of few of their practices. Clubs still hold tryouts just in case the next Trinity Rodman were to show up and they don't want to miss on that opportunity.[/quote]
