Brown sounds poorly managed.  Now that the suspect has been cleared and released- I’m assuming his story is true and isn’t a schizophrenic delusion. He is student at Brown and was staying in hotel due to dorm flooding.  Yet Brown isn’t aware of this? Odd[/quote]

Doesn’t matter.  Brown should be aware of who has been accepted and who is enrolled in classes or eligible to enroll. Brown saying they have zero record of him having ties to the school- when clearly he has either been accepted and already taking classes or enrolled- isn’t a good look for them. Doubt it.  His profile was very specific and everything else seems to be true.  It’s possible he enrolled but hadn’t started yet, or in starting spring semester of something.  But Brown should have record of him being offered acceptance- at least. I don’t believe he completely made up it up and there is zero ties [/quote]
