[/quote] You really need to get your news from somewhere other than the dailykos. But serious question, dems had the White House and both chambers of congress multiple times in the past 15 years. If gun control is such an important issue (and not just an attack on the gop), why wouldn’t they pass it? And in the states that have passed some sort of reform, why is their gun crime worse? I hear you on using the national guard. I’m conflicted, but it does see some governors would rather see their cities burn than implement policies they know will work.
