Doesn’t the coaching staff also largely depend on these parent run clubs and teams, particularly those parents who voice complaints—whether openly or behind the scenes. If the club caters to these parents, such as ensuring their kid(s) receives specific recognitions, plays every minute of every match regardless of performance, and is consistently rewarded despite underperforming, it sets a problematic precedent. This leads to the return of the existing coaches you complain about, the ones who prioritize appeasing parents over fostering quality coaching and team development, resulting in continued lackluster and disappointing seasons.[/quote]
