It was investigated and no charges were filed.  Her story sounds fabricated and likely motive was she regretted and was remorseful for cheating on her husband, so she decided it wasn’t consensual. Why would a married woman be walking “arm and arm smiling” with another man and going into his hotel room alone, if not to have consensual sex? [/quote]

Yes, I noticed there were no criminal charges. It's all coming out again solely for political reasons. I believe she was trying to deflect away from her cheating to save her marriage. Oh and yes she is on video arm and arm smiling, lol. Says it all.[/quote]

Seriously?  You think she accused him of rape to save her marriage, but then in order to avoid the publicity and humiliation of accusing him of rape (because the victim is raked through the coals when they make an accusation), she accepted an NDA?  That makes sense to you?
