Just cause the citizen Budget AdvisorynCommittee made a recommendation doesn’t mean anything.  APS has  proposed cutting TJ before in their budget, but it has never made the SB final. Maybe it will eventually.  Short sighted but whatever. Part of APS’s overall tumble towards mediocrity. So long as they grandfather the kids already at TJ who gave up other APS options (HB, IB).[/quote]
