A majority of people think abortion should be legal up to somewhere between 12 and 30 weeks with some exceptions for specific circumstances. The people that think abortion should be illegal in all cases with no exceptions or legal up until birth in all cases with no restrictions are a small majority but have the loudest voices. There is common ground to be reached in this issue among the majority. Our politicians find it more beneficial to use this issue to further divide us than to pursue that common ground in legislation.[/quote]

A majority of people think it should be legal up to between 12 and 30 weeks. Small portions of that majority fall in shorter and longer end of that range.[/quote]
