and it stuck.... the parties switched voters and they haven't swapped 'em back yet.  At least that is what my history test book said back in the dark ages of the bush presidency when I took the US History AP ... so many people who went to like... a high school with metal detectors... on this board. apparently they were all socially promoted and are embarrassed admit it. how can you not know this and have a high school diploma???
