Did a google search on your first image.  That was taken a week after Trump recovered from Covid.  It was highly unusual for Trump to take the short stairs. 
For Biden, OTOH, it is routine.

Here’s Trump trying to manage the short stairs in February 2020 before anyone had Covid, least of all himself. I’m pretty sure NPR didn’t write a news article about it either.
