Stevie Wonder saw this coming. DC is becoming less appealing to live in, work or visit. Who will pay for all the bike lanes and vouchers when revenues drop? Clearly that trajectory is not only continuing but accelerating. And DC is an outlier re: trends in other cities, even nearby Baltimore.

Do the DSA keyboard warriors all have their bills paid by their parents? Is this the reason they see money streams as inexhaustible? If small restaurants become feeding programs, in your "utopia" who will want to go and pay to eat there? Much like many are moving out of buildings that have been converted in large part to private public housing/half way houses/shelters. The businesses will close or relocate, what then? Will the shell of the former tax paying business be opened to squatters? Maybe watch "Trainspotting" and educate yourself PP, step away from the cult think and hive mind and into reality. [/quote]
