Matt Frumin, any comment?
Destiny and Nyiesha need more “services.”
Given their ages, its very likely that they do. I am willing to bet that they have young children and can from families with poor parenting.
Great. More overcrowding for Murch. Thanks Matt
Wait till the test scores start dropping. Then it’s gonna get fun.
For some reason Murch has not reported FARMS numbers for several years. Hope it's going well for all the kids. At community meetings there are always stories of kids not going to school, being left alone for days, etc. and CPS involvement does not seem to create change. It's sad. A lot of dysfunctional patterns are very difficult to impact. DC understand the power of the carrot and stick when it comes to landlords - more money for vouchers, sued if don't accept. So I'm not sure I believe that they think that people will change generational patterns or addiction or MI without those incentives and consequences. Seems like expensive warehousing being used to clear buildings of those paying under market, those who could impede future sales with TOPA and enrich landlords. Not clear that the young ladies arrested at The Saratoga were tenants, if not, no more eligible for "services" than the shooter visitor was. And he's gotten "services" for decades, yet, still a violent felon.
