Of course Azerbaijan has never dropped it's agenda but you're the moron here because they previously HAD Russian-brokered ceasefires and a Russian military presence in the past.

But now everyone knows Russia can no longer provide any of that because everyone is seeing that Russia is completely overextended and depleted due to their war in Ukraine and has very limited ability to do anything about Armenia and Azerbaijan.  Former SSRs and countries formerly in Russia's orbit, in Russia's shadow, and often having their strings pulled out of fear of Russia's military might now see all that's gone.[/quote]
