Agree the Oakton JMU commit is an excellent player. Definitely one of the best in the VHSL. She’s just needs to avoid getting injured. Does anyone know what club she played for?[/quote]

Well of course no player tries to get injured. But when coaches overuse their top players and even when they don’t, unfortunately injuries can and do happen and coaches need to be mindful of that especially later in the season when it matters. ACL/MCL tears, meniscus tears, pulled hamstrings, etc seem all to common these days and unfortunately these young players will pay the price later in life.[/quote]
