Meaning that it would have looked dumb to put it into law when it was already a protected right. EVERY single judge on that court said they would respect stare decisis- even specifically with Roe v Wade. They are all liars. If anything they likely worked with states/entities so that they could rule in favor of it. They are traitors- to their profession, to the country, to their oaths.[/quote]
