[/quote] +1 I have a good friend in Ottawa right near the bridge from Ontario to Quebec. One of the frustrations through all of this has been keeping the different restrictions straight between the two since her kids have had friends and activities in both places. And they have been stuck in this mess several times. Her neighborhood is similar to Capitol Hill with tons of people out walking, shopping etc. These people are all over and not at all limited to one area.[/quote]
