Charlotte Independence is similar to Baltimore Armour or Metro. A middle of the pack ECNL team or would be a top GA team. Alexandria is not in that same category HOWEVER they are an above average Travel team who could play and compete in USYS EDP division. I know that isn’t very clear but the best comparison I can give.
