It's a weird layout that makes some of those bedrooms a lot less functional than you'd hope, plus the main outdoor space is really hard to get to, making it a harder sell. Like look at this nearby house (which I think may have been linked in this thread before): https://www.redfin.com/DC/Washington/512-15th-St-NE-20002/home/9916264 Better layout, with a basement unit, and more functional outdoor space. I'd go for the 15th St house in a heartbeat, not so sure about the 14th street one. So I think the choice to pull the price of the 14th St one down below this one should probably help with interest.
