If they are paying actual wages, filing w2, they have to be paying at least minimum wage.

What you are saying is that no American wants a job that only pays minimum wage. If that's the case, then this is one of the reasons why illegal immigrants come to this country - because American citizens don't want to work minimum wage jobs.  Therefore, illegals aren't taking away jobs from Americans since they don't seem to want those jobs to begin with.  I'm just expanding on your logic.[/quote]
