If she was a Catholic woman and got married outside the church without a convalidation, then it is not considered a valid union (lack of form). if she was NOT Catholic, she can get married anywhere and her marriage is presumed valid. If she was non-catholic, divorced, and then wanted to get married in a Catholic church, she would need to go through the same annulment process as any catholic who was married in the church.[/quote]
