If you don't have long-term care insurance, spending your own money is the only way to finance this until there is no money left. Will medicare pay for even a part time home health aid and you and they can fill in the rest? It is a tremendous financial problem for a lot of families. Before you get to this point, though, make sure you've talked to the social workers at the hospital to find out if there are any other options.[/quote]
