EVERY NIGHT. Good Lord. If you pee and poo every day you need to bathe every day. Hair gets washed also. Teeth brushed twice a day. I'm shocked at the responses. I also change sheets twice a week, pillowcases daily.
It is absolutely terrible for your skin and hair follicles to wash everyday. Terrible. Most high-end hair stylists say not to wash your hair more than 3x a week. They are finally getting antibacterial crap out of soaps. The only thing over-washing does is cause allergies, auto immune diseases, eczema, leukemia, etc...
Yep, over-washing totally causes leukemia! Oh wait... you're nuts.
PP, everything the poster said is true. They just removed antibacterial soaps for this reason. And if anyone is nuts, you are for changing pillowcases daily. I guess you don't allow stuffed animals and wash all blankets daily too. Scrub down the electronics, steering wheels, cabinet knobs, door handles, and light switches too. They are all a heck of a lot dirtier than your pillowcase.
