[/quote] +1000. I'm aware of the wheatley principal too. He was an old TFA chum of Rhee's who convinced him to go where he was "needed." He didn't perform any miracles once there and didn't pretend that he could. There was a lot of press coverage of him at the time and nothing since.[/quote]
