I actually asked him a few moths ao so ith that same argument "if you don't have one it means something is wrong", he mumbled something about yes of course ( but the tone was very unconvincing, and he sounded preoccupied, I didnt really buy it) and added that the problem was that he was never waking up when he actually felt rested.
