[/quote] Not the county, the state - TJ is a Governor's school and all the Governor's schools have smaller enrollment. For example, Maggie Walker near Richmond has only about 750 students.[/quote] All the high schools in Richmond are small as it's an urban school district and many students go private. The governor's school designation is irrelevant.[/quote]
