To be honest, I would be fine with a very strict immigration ban temporarily.  Very strict.  
Until we get illegal immigration in check and determine a way to accurately and completely vet those coming in.....
And, maybe a more lengthy immigration ban from areas in which ISIS has a stronghold (or any other country where terrorists, of whatever stripe, are actively recruiting and killing citizens).  
And, I think we need to reconsider the VISA waiver program.  Too many terrorists have made their way into Europe.  [/quote]

I am British. My parents visit twice a year. We are Christian/ Jewish, for what that is worth. Are you going to ban them from coming here? For how long? If it is forever, then I am happy to take my American wife and children and move back to the UK. And you can say goodbye to your tourism industry and a good chunk of your trade and industry. They are not home grown technically. Their parents immigrated here from countries that have many radical Islamists and their children now are radical Muslims. Sounds like they never considered themselves American - it's just a place to live for these terrorists, as Mateen cheered on 9-11. What "American" does that?[/quote]
