Hi Op , I live close to shady grove hospital 3 or 5 mns from the hospital I am a Sham, Have 20 months old son . Bring your son I can help you. Leave any contact info, or respond here .
It's nice to offer but who would leave their kid with a stranger?! (Not the OP)
That's what people have been advocating. OP will not know a sitter from care.com any more than she will know this woman who offered. Either way, she will need to meet them, check out their house, etc. My suggestion is to find a daycare that will let you do drop in services. Or just take the kid with you. It's not that big of a deal. If you are having a tough time, you're having a tough time. The kid is not going to be the thing to push you over the edge. The only thing that will help is having success. Everything else is just noise.
