But none of that happens if people are too lazy/scared to report potential cheaters. It's sort of like what Jeff tells us here: He doesn't have time to police every post, so the DCUM community needs to report suspicious posts to flag them for his attention.

By all means, report potential cheaters.  Try to make them get hauled into the residency fraud office with the right docs.  But don't "out" them here.  That's skunky, pathetic, and cowardly.  Moreover, Jeff doesn't appreciate it.  He'll delete posts identifying an ordinary individual or family if somebody flags it, no matter what the issue is.
