Now, why would you lie about that? He totally revitalized the economy in Burlington. He cleaned up the Lake Champlain Waterfront. He fought relentlessly for Smart Grid technology. He fought to protect the North Gate community from becoming luxury condos. People in VT love him. There is no reason to lie about this.

I'm not lying.  As a second generation Vermonter I have a pretty good grasp of the situation.  Contrary to your belief, there are many more towns in VT than Burlington and there are limited full time jobs outside that area.  You are confusing sustainability with a robust economy.  The two aren't the same.[/quote]

Why do you think he is running for president? Because he could not do enough to help the economy as a Senator. Don't you understand that economic inequality and injustice is a countrywide issue? He worked hard for VT and most people understand that. Yes, you are lying when you say "he did nothing for Vermont." That is total crap. I hate to ruin your storyline with facts, but as I said VT is 50th for gdp (gsp for states).  In contrast NH, which is similiar in size and natural resources, is 39th If he tried he wasn't very effective. [/quote]
