I grew up lower middle class but went to private school. I've never been to Disney. We went on vacations we could afford-- say, camping. I can understand how it would be fully plausible for a student at private school to come from a poor family that occasionally really need help making ends meet...but nobody "really needs the help" to go to Disney. Nobody needs to swallow their pride and go begging so that their child's Disney dreams come true. With that said, I've gotten plenty of rude "invitations" in the mail (I put it in quotes b/c the most recent was an invitation to buy "marriage" gifts off the registry of a couple who are not having a wedding), and you can't get up in a dither over them, OP. They give us something to talk about and feel superior to, and isn't that the most wonderful thing? :wink: [/quote]
