I'm pretty sure a lady or two has been fingered in the back, but I don't think any junk has been whipped out yet.  More often than not, when a guy gets frisky, his lady will shut him down, mainly because she's totally aware that I'm sitting two feet away.  This is going to be a recurring theme of this AMA...men are dogs.   I don't really care if people just make out...I've been there too.

Not really.  I'm big enough and can handle myself.  On the rare times I get the heebie-jeebies, I'll go with my gut and roll out.  I've thought a lot about getting a dash cam that I can flip to the interior if it was ever necessary, but just don't care enough to do it.  I've driven over a half-million miles and haven't had even the first bump...knock on wood.  I'm a VERY defensive driver.  I can maintain control within control if someone decides to get unruly.  The rides I've given that were truly awful are less than ten, and only a couple still stick out to me.
