Good sleuthing.  Looks to be definitely the site, matches the size, street, etc.  I do love real estate agents- "Ideal building for a DC Charter school".  Riiiight.

It's smart by Lee to put out that request in the DC Register, they have to do it that way by law, this way they are ready to pick someone and get going if things fall through on options 1 and 2.[/quote]
