On your list it may be #10. On mine, #6. On my husband's, #2. I could go on ad infinitum. But it is not up to you to decide how important sex is to somebody else. Everybody has needs and wants, and gets to decide how much energy they put into meeting those needs. Yes, it is one aspect of marriage.
