Then you'll know that civilians traveling throughout the world aren't "provided with security" (as little as the any of the masses of tourists descending on Washington annually have security details). Of course, any US citizen in any other country with which the US has diplomatic relations can turn to the nearest US embassy or consulate with any problems. Isn't this a no-brainer?[/quote]
